well theres a band and its called AFI you should listen to it there really good.  i just bought one of their CD's and i love it.  i wish i could say i wrote this but i didnt its actually part of one of there songs called "kiss and control" at one point in the song all the music stops and the lead singer says this (you hav to listen to it to really feel everything, just reading it isnt that good)
